GREEN Theme Challenge - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Our challenge theme this week is to use "Green".  This is such a fun challenge and there are many ways to work green into your project!  My card features one of the stamps from the "A Bit Smart Assy II" stamp set.

I took all of the sentiments from the stamp set and arranged them onto a block and then stamped them with versamark clear ink and then embossed it with white ink.  The background was created using the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and a bit of water.  I really love these markers I find the colors are very vibrant.  The background paper is from the Doodlebug - Pot O' Gold paper pad.  The hearts are dies from Simon Says Stamp.  The stamped image was colored with Copics and then fussy cut and I used dimensional foam tape to the back to give it a 3D effect.

Wonderful Wednesday Challenge - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

It's time for another Wonderful Wednesday challenge and today I have a card for you featuring the stamp set You're Sun-sational!   As always it's ANYTHING GOES! Break out your Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and get krafty!!

I colored her with Copics and fussy cut the image.  I wanted to place her in between the waves.  The waves were made using a YNS Wave die and vellum paper.  The designer paper is from the Doodlebug - Under The Sea paper pad.  I used the La-La-Land stitched circle die and the Spellbinders round and scalloped die to layer the image.    Then a few enamel dots and some ribbon to finish it off!
We want EVERYONE to be able to play along so your submission can use ANY stamp and can be any theme, any style, any design and it can be a card, a scrapbook page, an altered item, you name it! It must be a NEW creation and you can enter until August 2nd at midnight! Hi, thanks for dropping by!  My card today features an image from the stamp set Sandy Toes.  A fun set for summer cards and scrap book pages!  The image was colored with Copics and I paper pieced the towel.  The designer paper is from the Echo Park - Summer Party paper pad.  The doily is a die from Cheery Lynn Designs.  I used felt to make the flowers and leaves using an MFT die-namics die.  Here is a close up of the flowers.

Krafty Scrappy Challenge - Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Hi, everyone welcome back to another Krafty Scrappin' Challenge and as always is Anything Goes!
For this challenge you can create anything as long as it's NOT a card! Calendars, bookmarks, pocket pages, traditional scrap pages, holiday gifties, planner pages... etc!   
Here are a few things to remember...
THIS MONTH'S THEME: ANYTHING GOES!!!

1. Create ANY scrap page, Project Life Layout or pocket page cards, altered item, etc. JUST NOT A CARD!
2. MUST be a NEW creation (created on or after this post date)
3. MUST use Kraftin Kimmie stamps to be entered in to the drawing.
4. You have a month to play, enter AS MANY TIMES as you'd like!
5. PRIZES?  Once we've reached 5 entries, we draw a random winner (winner will be drawn at the close of the challenge)!
6. You have until Monday, August 22nd @ 11:59 pm Eastern to get your entries in.
7. Be sure to also share your creations on our Krafty Friends Facebook page so we can all drool and OOHHHH and AHHHHH!

 

 

I decided to make some Christmas gift tags for this months Scrappy challenge.  I used CHRISTMAS CHEER and THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS stamps sets.  I made my own tags and then used a Magnolia Cozy Big Snowflake die to cut out the center.  Then I added a bit of designer paper behind the opening and glued it all down to another slightly larger tag.  After that I glued the snowflake back into the opening.  I used a white gel pen to go around the tag to mimic sewing.  The buttons were made using a Die-Namics button die.  Then I stamped the sentiment and then  added a bit of twine and a gem stone to the middle of the snowflake. Here are a few more pictures of the different colored tags.

Hi, it's time for another WW challenge with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!  I've made an underwater shaker card with the Oceans Of Love stamp set.  This is a fun and versatile stamp set.  I've used it so often and in many different ways!  I colored all the little animals and cut them out and glued them into the shaker part of the card.  I used seed beads because they kinda look like a bit of coral!  The shaker box was cut out using a YNS rectangle stitch die.  The waves are also a die from YNS.  I stamped the sentiment then used white embossing powder so that it would pop!

Well, it's release day for the new July stamps!  I hope you've enjoyed all the crafty projects from the design team and that you got lots of fun ideas to create with!  I just love the expression on the face of this little gal as she peers at herself in the mirror!  She is colored up with Copics.  The papers are from the Graphic 45 - Botanical Tea paper pad.  The doily is called French Pastry and its a die from Cheery Lynn Designs.  I love it in black!!  I made the roses using felt and dies from MFT.  Here's a closer look at them!

I really love the look of the felt flowers.  It cuts pretty good in the machine, you just have to go through a couple of times.  I hope you'll give it a try!  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Another fun set by designer Cheryl Grant!  I've created a couple of "Magic Wands" with these stamps.  I found some pictures of stars online and printed them at seven inches then cut them out and used them to create these wands.  The papers are just left overs from other projects.  I used a Martha Stewart border bunch for the lacey look along the sides of the wands.  The images were colored with Copics and I added a bit of stickles and some sequins.  The bat is a die from Memory Box.  The little kitty on the top wand is from the Spook-tacular Sentiments stamp set.  Here are a couple pictures of the full wands.

I used some dowels for the base and lots of ribbons.  These wands were lots of fun to create!!  Thanks for stopping!  There are lots of more goodies along the hop for you to see!!

This is one of my favorite KKS stamps so far!!  I love dragons and I am an avid reader...so perfect for me!!  I created a little shaker box for this card and filled it with tiny stars.  The front of the shaker box is a SSS Mod Window die.  I colored the image with Copics then I used the blender pen to create the spots of the dragon.  My first time doing this and I am quite pleased with the effect!  The designer paper is from the Graphic 45 - An Eerie Tale paper pad.  The button and enamel dots are from Doodlebug.  Thanks for stopping and enjoy the rest of the hop!!

I was so happy to see this months release and couldn't wait to play with the stamps.  I've colored the image with Copics and framed her using a Spellbinder die called Oval Majesty.  I also used a fine black sharpie to doodle around the edges.  The bits of designer paper are from the Graphic 45 - An Eerie Tale paper pad.  I bit of twine and enamel dots finish it off!  I hope you are enjoying the hop so far.  Believer there are so many gorgeous projects heading your way!!

Being a proud Canadian my patriotic colors are RED and WHITE!!  I used this cute little Gnome from the Whimsical Gnomes stamp set.  I kept it simple and added some red dotted paper and a ribbon with a bow.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
